Therapy That Helps You Feel Like You Again.
HEARTFELT HEALING
Hi, I’m Marissa!
A therapist, a mom, and someone who understands what it’s like to rebuild yourself while still showing up for the people you love. I offer therapy that honors your mind, body, and lived experience, supporting adults navigating anxiety, ADHD, depression, stress, and major life transitions. My approach is warm, grounded, and human: compassionate talk therapy, optional somatic practices, and practical tools you can actually use in your real life.
My work is rooted in helping you find relief with a grounded, heartfelt approach.
I’M REALLY GLAD YOU’RE HERE
If you're tired of trying to manage everything on your own, you're not alone. I work with adults facing ADHD, anxiety, depression, and major life transitions. Together, we’ll find a pace and approach that feels supportive for you.

Practical skills you can use outside of session
Note : Our work together is always trauma-informed, meaning your comfort, boundaries, and pace guide the session. You never have to share more than you want to.

FAQ’S
-
If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, stressed, or unsure how to move forward, therapy can be a helpful place to sort through things with support. You don’t need a crisis or a clear diagnosis to begin. Many people come in simply wanting to feel more grounded, more understood, or more like themselves again.
-
Our first session is a conversation. We’ll talk about what brought you in, what you’re hoping for, and what you need right now. There’s no pressure to prepare anything. You can just come as you are.
-
I offer both. You’re welcome to meet with me in my Auburn office, or we can connect virtually through SimplePractice. Most clients use whichever option fits their week best, and you can switch between the two as needed.
